L. Chapman was born in and continues to live in North Yorkshire, United Kingdom. She has spent most of her life helping others. At one time, a DJ for a special needs club. Blending her love of helping others and her love of children, L dreams to one day own and operate a childcare nursery that will help mainstream special needs children with others.
In the rare ...times that L. is not working to help others or maniacally writing, she enjoys making a mess of things while creating beautifully detailed greeting cards. She spends time relaxing with family, friends, and good books. L. loves to travel and has been to many places in the United Kingdom; her favorite places all involve the ocean. She hopes to one day share a kiss with her happily-ever-after in the romantic shadow of the Eiffel Tower. Should she ever get over her fear of flying, those kisses may be shared in the shadows of the Egyptian Pyramids.
Ever the fussy eater, L. has never once tasted peanut butter, and she despises coffee. If you should feel the need to bribe her, it is suggested that you bring chocolate, as that is one of her known weaknesses.

your first novel?

based on true life?
Little bits are. Megan’s
love for lip gloss ect are all me. I’m a lover of lip gloss.
Emily Snow, JB Mcgee and so
many others.
What author/s would you
fangirl over?
I don’t know there are that
many out there. Emily Snow, Krissy V, Samantha Fontien, Jamie Mcguire and so
many more.
Any new authors interested
you lately?
Lissy Jay. I LOVE her.
On the occasions you get to
read yourself, who do you read?
Romance, I’m a romance
girl. I never walk away from a kinky book or two though.
Outside family, who do you
feel has supported you on your journey as a writer?
My beta readers have been
amazing. I have meet some amazing friends through this. So many amazing blogs
out there, my mini support network. And not to forget my street team – Love you
Kinky Divas.
Given the chance would you
go back and change anything in one of your books?
I would re-write my debut
book, be more detailed. Who knows I might do it still.
What is the most
challenging aspect of writing for you?
Ending a book. I hate
ending them, I never feel it’s right.
Do you do a lot of research
for your books, or is it all from your heart and mind?
Depends on what the book is
about. I always look up clothes, dresses etc, but I’m a women, so it’s just
like shopping for me.
Do you have a favourite
time/place to write?
My sofa, feet up, hair in a
bun.
Do you have any bad writing
habits?
No, not really.

“Here you go.” I say giving
her the coffee in brown paper cup. I hate these cup’s they always end up
burning your fingers.
“Thanks babe, did you get
the chocolate.” She questions giving me a big smile, showing me her just whiten
teeth.
I just pass her the bar.
Shaking my head at her. I knew that’s
all she was bothered about. I know her too well.
“Hi, I’m Shane.” One of the
men says, with short blonde hair introducing himself.
“Tillie.” I answer taking a
sip of my coffee. I’m glad I added sugar too it I need to wake up, my head is
banding. I just need another hour sleep and I’ll be good to go.
“Nice to meet you. This is
Jay.” He adds pointing at his mate who doesn’t look as interested in the
convocation. Standing there with dark
brown hair, bright blue eyes very tall man.
“Hi.” I add. “We need to go
over to the area we need to be at.”
“Okay then.” Emily says
letting out a little sigh. “It was nice to meet you.”
“You too gorgeous.” Shane
says taking out his pen, writing on her cup.
I just start to walk away.

“That’s a slime ball.” I
state as Emily catches up to me.
“Hey he’s hot.” She points
out.

~ SYNOPSIS ~
It takes time to heal.
When tragedy occurs in Keisha Evans life, her world turns
upside down. The confident school secretary with hopes and dreams of becoming a
teacher takes herself away from the outside world. She protects herself from
being hurt again.
With her best friend Ashley, pushing her to take a big
step back out into the scary world she use to thrive in. Keisha finally gives
in and takes that step. Having made memories and so many good times in a local
pub. She decides to have lunch with Ashley.
The first step through the door is the hardest thing for
Keisha to do. The biggest step for her changes her changes her life with hopes
